Nice building and rooms with beautiful walk-in shower.

This was a very very good stay on a road trip. The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance of an art museum. Besides, we were close enough to many Cleveland landmarks including the Art Museum, The Cleveland Clinic and art museums.

The staff was not very friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, it was exceptionally clean with a perfect and fairly friendly and excellent staff.

Had a really good stay on a road trip, glad I've chosen it. Booked queen room, that was provided with a sofa, even the beds and fridge. The hotel's location was excellent, near to the Cleveland Clinic and other nearby locations, and recommended restaurants. Everything was simply fantastic.

Well-appointed, reasonably priced rooms with the shower and a sofa bed and the bathtub. Good and perfect location to multiple restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk and very convenient area. Besides, very convenient to Cleveland Cinematheque.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was incredibly clean, and I had the best sleep thanks to how quiet it was. The curtains also did a great job of darkening the room, ensuring a good night's rest. The location of this hotel was perfect for me as it allowed me to easily walk to University Circle, where I needed to go. Additionally, the staff was top-notch. The manager at the front desk was extremely helpful and even offered to store some cupcakes I had made in their fridge. The staff at the small walk-up counter restaurant were also friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. the cleanliness, location, and staff made my stay at this hotel unforgettable.

The location was unbeatable for visiting restaurants and bistros within walking distance of the hotel. The property was an excellent base for enjoying a very convenient area.

The hotel's location was perfect for our visit to the Cleveland Clinic. We were able to walk to the Clinic easily and it was also within walking distance of many Cleveland landmarks, such as the Art Museum. We also appreciated being close to the concert hall, as we were able to easily attend a performance during our stay. In addition, there were multiple restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining options.

The breakfast options were limited and the hotel seemed to struggle with handling the busy time, resulting in longer wait times for food.

During my recent stay, I was thrilled with the location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated within walking distance of many Cleveland landmarks, including the Art Museum and the concert hall. Additionally, the hotel was surrounded by a multitude of restaurants, such as ramen, sushi, Mexican.

There was unfortunately a lack of attention to detail when it came to providing basic amenities such as bottles of water, even for Marriott Gold Card rewards members.

Efficient staff and favourable location in a very convenient area, everything was fantastic. The rooms were brand-new, reasonably priced, with beautiful walk-in shower.
